  Great pools and a spa. They are doing work in the park to offer more services. Great for families.

  We have been on the road travelling Australia in our caravan for the last 9 years full time .Whenever we come home to Perth rather than put out those people who are renting our properties we find it is more economical to use Karrinyup Waters Caravan Park as our home away from home whilst back in town.

  I liked that caravan park very much. Good and clean amenities. I preferred the ensuite ones. The camp kitchen is also great. There are only powered sites. The price of $38 per night for one adult in a big city like Perth is ok. Paid more on some caravan parks during my westcoast trip... And they weren't even good as this one here. The next beach is not far away as well as the CBD. Staff are lovely and friendly. Would go there again.

  Loved our stay here. We were in a wheelchair accessible cabin and it was great. Relaxing week even with the renovations going on. Can't wait to to back.

  It is not just about the economics staying here at K.W.C.P. it's the staff and the ambience which are second to none, along with it's geographical position close to Perth etc.
